The story of a Romantic Elopement in Rome
A romantic elopement in Rome is a MUST if you are looking for an unforgettable experience in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
The Bride
Veronica, our gorgeous bride, chose a classic and always in style ivory bouquet of roses, wrapped in a delicate lace and decorated with elegant pearls. Her hairstyling was a sophisticated semi up-do sapiently made by the sweet Valentina from La Belle Studio, one of my favorite stylists in Rome.
The First Look
Veronica and her fiancé Gene had their first look on the stunning Canossa Terrace of the Locarno, a nice boutique hotel located at few steps from Piazza del Popolo, in the heart of Rome. The Ceremony
I had the honor not only to plan their wedding day, but also to officiate their ceremony. After months of exchanging emails and having calls, meeting them in person was a true gift for me!As you can see from the photos, the emotional ceremony took place in the amazing Temple of Diana, a true gem in the heart of Villa Borghese park. Both the bride and groom were very thrilled to swear their eternal love in such a picturesque location! After the pronouncement, the three of us signed a wedding certificate, whose graphics had been customised based on the layout chosen by the couple. The post-ceremony photo shoot took place in some of the most iconic landmarks in Rome, to give our newly weds some unforgettable memories of their Special Day. Castel Sant’Angelo with its breathtaking views was the first stop of the tour. After a nice walk, the couple arrived at via della Conciliazione, in the Vatican City, where they could enjoy the majesty of Saint Peter’s Basilica. At this point, Veronica had a change of shoes and put on her sneakers. She didn’t lose her undisputed elegance though! The perfect conclusion of this romantic elopement in Rome was on the terrace overlooking the Colosseum, symbol of the city of Rome!
